Slumdog Millionaire-filmreview

Slumdog Millionaire is a 2008 British romantic drama directed by Danny Boyle which 8 Oscars including one for the Best Original Score.

The film is about a slumdog who attends “Who wants to the Millionaire?”. His name is Jamal Malek whose mother was killed very early. In the film he has to prove his innocence because at first the police don’t believe him that he knew all the answers. He has already won 10.000.000 Rupees and there is only one question left. Since even smart people don’t know as many questions and so the police want to know how he has done it. He tells the police scenes of his life in which he saw or heard something and fortunately the questions are based on these scenes. At the end the police believe him and he is allowed to go to the studios of “Who wants to be a Millionaire?” on the next day.
This film is very good. At the beginning it’s not easy to understand because there are scenes at the police station, the studio and of his life. But during the film you understand everything.
The plot of the movie is very good; it’s action-packed and dramatic. What’s more I like to guess the right answer of the questions, though the last ones aren’t very difficult I think.
All in all it’s a very well made movie and it’s worth watching.

You can go to a „Politechnische Schule“ for one year and after you can go work (your duty of 9 schoolyears is finished) Or you go to a „Berufsbildeneschule“ for 5 years where you learn for a special job and you have a matura.

My favourite subject is Maths because I think it´s quite useful and it´s easy. My least favourite subject is that one where the teacher is bad.
I don´t do extra activities in school. Last year I did the ECDL.

When I read this title I think at once the book is a crime thriller.
I would say it is going about some friends and one of them is killed by someone who was his friend. So the other friends look for the traitor and revenge their killed friend.

Let´s see what it´s about.

I listen to every kind of music, no matter if it is classical music or pop. But there is one exception: I don´t listen to metal. I don’t like it very much because you can’t hear the lyrics very often and for me the lyrics are a very important part of a song, because I want to know what the band is singing about. On the one hand I like to listen to new and popular music sometimes, but I am always the last who listens to them. I think it´s not that important to know every new song. On the other hand I like oldies and moreover I listen to that music my sister says I should listen to.

Music is very important for me, because I can chill when I listen to music but I don´t listen to it every second of my free time. I also want to talk to my friends. I know a lot of people who always have their earphones in their ears while they are talking to me and this is something I hate very much. In my opinion it’s very rude, because it seems as though this person doesn’t want to listen to your words.

As I said before the lyrics are very important but I think the beat or the voice of the singer is also very important. It´s horrible if the lyrics are very good but the singer doesn’t have a good voice or can´t communicate the meaning of the song.

I don´t have good equipment but for me it’s is okay, if I can listen to my music on YouTube or iTunes. Now my headphones are broken, but I don´t want to buy new ones, because the speakers on my computer aren’t bad. I don´t buy CDs very often, because I buy music on the Internet.

One of my favorite artists is Michael Jackson, because his lyrics are very good and he sang very well too. I don’t have a CD by him and so I always have to listen to him on YouTube. One of my favorite songs is “Smooth Criminal”. Here is the original music video:
